WELCOME TO THE HINTON FISH AND GAME ASSOCIATION
The Hinton Fish and Game advocates conservation and management of fish & wildlife and habitat while maintaining natures balance for the continuing benefit of the associations members and the general public.
- Hinton Fish and Game’s Core Beliefs1. The best traditions of recreational hunting, fishing and shooting should be valued by future generations.2. Regulated hunting, fishing and trapping are important wildlife management tools.3. A person has the right to hunt, fish and shoot in accordance with the law.4. Fish, wildlife and crown land are public resources belonging to all provincial residents and these resources must remain equally accessible for all residents.
- Hinton Fish and Game’s Objectives1. To support and assist in the enhancement, development and maintenance of habitat while maintaining natures balance for fish and wildlife.2. To develop and promote education and recreational programs and activities.3. To support organizations of like purpose in the lobbying of government and private agencies, as necessary, to safeguard the interests of fish and wildlife populations.4. To promote outdoor ethics and safety.

OUR FACILITIES
GUN RANGE
Outdoor ranges are available to members with a valid Hinton Fish & Game membership 7 days a week.
TRAP SHOOTING
The Hinton Fish & Game Association has a 5 trap house field which is available between April and October, weather permitting.
TROUT POND
The Hinton Fish and Game Association's Trout Pond is located off Highway 40 North and is regularly stock with trout.
